Half
Day = 4½ hours during regular business hours, Monday
- Saturday Monday through Friday - pickup at 4:30PM, return
next AM by 8AM = overnight ½ day rate (applies only to
Monday - Friday)
Day = 24
hours (exception: a Saturday AM pickup must be returned by 5PM
Weekend: pick up Friday 4:30 PM and return by 8AM Monday = 2
days; pickup Saturday AM and return Monday by 8AM = 2 days
Week = any consecutive 7 day period. Weekly rate includes
all adjustments to weekends, holidays and bad weather.
Month = 4
weeks
Over Holidays
- please check with us on how the rate will be charged as changes occur
depending on the day that the holidays fall.

Are
deposits required and what are the terms? |

All cash customers
will be required to place a deposit to cover all expected
charges.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit card
sales slip is signed at pickup and
will be processed for rental charge when equipment is returned.
Cardholder must be present to sign.

Do you offer insurance? |
| A. |
Upon renting,
you become responsible for the equipment while in your possession.
We cover normal wear and tear. Any accidental damages become the
renters' responsibility.
You can purchase
a damage waiver to cover equipment while in you possession.
The waiver does not cover loss or theft. In case of loss or
theft,the customer will be billed for the list price.
The waiver is offered on most items. Once you sign for the
waiver, it becomes a part of your final bill.

I get equipment delivered? |

We
offer delivery and pickup on larger items for an extra charge. |

Are
trailers available to haul rental equipment? |
| A. |
We
rent trailers and the safety requirements are as follows:

Towing
vehicle must be of proper size and designed to tow. The
vehicle must have a permanent hitch of the rated capacity
to tow the rental equipment. |

It
is the responsibility of the customer to hook up lights
and make sure they are working. |

Safety
chains must be hooked to proper anchors and be crossed
to prevent the trailer tongue from dragging on the ground
in an uncoupling situation. |

Backing
trailer up should be avoided, if possible. |
